Besides our main
activity of diecasting machines refurbishment,
since 1988 we have been producing trimming presses
on our own design which are manufactured in three
versions: TR
15,
TR
25 and
TR
40,
corresponding to different tons of closing
force.
They are are
equipped with PLC Siemens, the operator panel is
adjustable with display of limitswitches,
electrovalves, programs selection and piece
counter. Other distinguishing characteristics of
these machines are: an extremely strong ejector
plate, moving platen central ejection with
adjustable pressure, core-puller cycles and
hydraulic or mechanical central ejection
cycle.
